Important: The legal guarantee can only be exercised when the products have faults that prevent their normal use, and not due to problems of personal taste, size or other reasons.

  1. Upcycled garment: Part of environmentally sustainable fashion is that the customer is responsible for what they buy, the care and maintenance of each garment, which is why NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE MADE if the garment is washed incorrectly and damaged parts of it, or misused it. For exceptional cases you have a 30-day guarantee. The garment must be in the same condition that it was received.
  2. Cotton garment: Refunds are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase. The garment must be in the same condition that it was received.

Send us an email to josefinacollection1@gmail.com with subject: Name + Purchase number + REFUND. Attach the image of the product specifying the reason for the return. We will analyze the situation and we will confirm if the refund is possible or not, if accepted you must send the garment within 72 hours (shipping is done by josefina collection) once the garment arrives the refund will be made within 48 hours. (Shipping data will be provided once the request is accepted)

You must send the garment WITHOUT USE and it would be exchanged for the same/similar garment, if you want one of greater value, the difference is transferred (the data will be provided once the request is accepted)
  2. Cotton garment: Change is accepted during the first 30 days from your purchase. You must send the garment WITHOUT USE and it would be exchanged for the same garment, if you want one of greater value, the difference is transferred (the data will be granted once the request is accepted)
